Terms of Use
Effective 2026-10-26 · Chatora AI Assistant by Chatora AI Assistant
These Terms of Use set out the ground rules for using Chatora AI Assistant, an app provided by Chatora AI Assistant ("we", "us"). They are written to be clear rather than clever. Effective date: 2026-10-26.
Agreeing to these terms
By downloading, opening or using Chatora AI Assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms work alongside Apple's standard terms for apps distributed through the App Store.
Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Chatora AI Assistant on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial or lawful business purposes, in line with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
Using the app responsibly
Please use the app in a lawful and respectful way. You agree not to use it to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights; not to try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our backend or systems; and not to use automated tools to scrape or misuse the service. We may limit or end access if the app is being misused.
About AI-generated responses
Responses are produced automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional advice, including legal, medical or financial advice. Please review responses with care and use your own judgement before relying on them.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings on your device. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and plan details are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
Ownership of the app and your content
The app, including its design, software, name and branding, belongs to Chatora AI Assistant and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you enter. Subject to applicable law and the rights of others, you may use the responses generated for you as you see fit. You give us permission to process your input and the generated output only as needed to run and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure your input does not infringe anyone else's rights.
No warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that generated responses will be accurate.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatora AI Assistant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
Contact and effective date
